Here's a lovely grey squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis) I befriended with peanuts in Wollaton Park today. He let me get very close to him, but not close enough to enable feeding from my hand. Maybe he'll feel a little braver next time!

I last took a photograph of a squirrel way back in December of 2010, when I was fairly new to photography - I was pleased with that shot then! A year and a half later, the road to developing new skills and expertise continues! :-)
