La Sainte Chapelle in Paris - one of those places that restricts tripod use and everyone is forced to practice their handheld skills. The epic floor-to-ceiling stained glass was mind-bogglingly beautiful and well worth the long line, price of entry, and claustrophobic climb to the upper chapel.
7 shots handheld, merged in photomatix and processed in CS5.
